Role Overview
You will work as a Sales Engineer at the intersection of Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success, becoming an internal expert in 360Learning’s technology. The role is foundational to the company’s business expansion and supports aligning customer growth objectives with product capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in 360Learning’s working methods and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client requirements and provide presales support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to multiple stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
Requirements
- Strong ability to learn and communicate a technology and value proposition internally and externally.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and customer-facing teams.

- Proficiency in engaging at different levels within prospective customer organizations.
