About the role
Sales Enablement Specialist (Full Remote)
Join the team to support sales training, onboarding, and enablement across sales roles and multi-product domains.
Key Missions
- Sales enablement & process ownership: Create, improve, and maintain sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, and documentation.
- Onboarding & training delivery: Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced onboarding and continuous education sessions tailored to sales roles.
- Analytics & measurement: Own data, analytics, and measurement for sales enablement programs; define and track KPIs for effectiveness across onboarding, content adoption, and sales performance.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work with stakeholders to identify training priorities and act as a subject matter expert on sales tools and technologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales or sales enablement (or related field)
- Strong communication skills; ability to create and deliver clear, engaging, accurate, and concise presentations and training
- Team-oriented mindset and integrity; collaborative and feedback-driven
- Passion for teaching and enabling others using tools, methodologies, and training
- Ability to learn a new, complex domain; humility to seek help
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows and decision-making
- Meticulous organization and strong attention to detail
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Intercom, Mindtickle, Highspot and related integrations
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience attaining or exceeding quotas in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales
