About the role

Role Overview

Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Flagler Health. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, generating qualified pipeline to support the sales team and building a scalable outbound motion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage target accounts via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and industry events
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives through high-volume, personalized outreach
  • Qualify leads (inbound and outbound) by fit, urgency, buying potential, and alignment with ideal customer profiles
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders; uncover challenges and position Flagler Health to drive interest and meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline progression
  • Research target accounts, industries, competitive landscapes, and key stakeholders to personalize outreach and improve conversion
  • Continuously refine messaging, outreach strategies, and prospecting workflows based on performance data and market feedback
  • Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership on target accounts, campaign effectiveness, and revenue goals
  • Share insights from prospects on market trends, competitive offerings, pain points, and buying behaviors

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales development, business development, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology)
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging senior-level decision-makers
  • CRM and sales engagement tool experience with at least some of:
    • Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot
    • ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft
  • Strong organization to manage multiple prospecting campaigns simultaneously
  • Highly coachable; desire to learn modern sales methodologies and progress toward closing roles
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
