SaaS Account Executive

Role Overview

Snapsheet is hiring a SaaS Account Executive (full remote) to drive consultative sales for software clients in the insurance industry. You will manage a high-volume book of business, build relationships with key prospects, and support the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with current and potential software clients in the insurance industry.
• Run sales activities end-to-end from initial contact through deal closure, handling multiple inbound leads and accounts concurrently.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in the digital Property & Casualty (P&C) claims market and manage post-meeting follow-up.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SaaS sales experience (vertical or enterprise), ideally with P&C insurance exposure.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create action plans.
• Ability to develop and execute follow-up strategies to close sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Travel as needed for client-facing meetings.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling into the digital P&C claims ecosystem and comfort managing multi-stakeholder sales processes.
