Rust Developer - AI Trainer

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation to contribute to training and improving cutting-edge AI systems. The work is paid and typically performed remotely with significant flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Proficiency in at least one of the following:
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
• Previous experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer is preferred

Nice to Have

• Preferred experience in Kotlin
