About the role
Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as a Rust Developer - AI Trainer. You’ll help train AI systems by designing, solving, and evaluating programming tasks, while enjoying a fully remote setup and the ability to choose your own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Provide feedback that directly shapes improvements to the next generation of AI models
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer is preferred
Preferred Skills / Nice to Haves
- Kotlin experience
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C++, C#, React, Go, Java, Swift
Work Details
- Fully remote (work available in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand)
- Flexible schedule based on the projects you choose
- Paid hourly (up to $60 USD/hour), with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance
