Role Overview

ONEOK is seeking a RightAngle Technical Analyst/Developer to support and enhance commercial trading and logistics systems. The role develops, maintains, and supports multiple instances of the RightAngle ETRM application to enable critical business processes across NGL, Refined Products, and Crude Oil.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support the RightAngle application across multiple environments
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with ONEOK standards
• Collaborate with application developers, business process optimization teams, and business stakeholders to improve commercial workflows
• Build and maintain custom RightAngle components, integrations, reports, and batch processes
• Support day-to-day production operations: incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
• Ensure solutions meet data, security, and compliance standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, support procedures)
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring within the development team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting software development across the full software development lifecycle and basic project management concepts
• Database management experience and knowledge of infrastructure concepts and impacts of development activities
• Experience with multiple development languages and/or platforms and core programming concepts
• Ability to read/write fluently in English and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with energy trading systems in NGL, Refined Products, or Crude Oil commercial operations
• Experience with RightAngle APIs and/or modules related to scheduling, pricing, or settlements
• Knowledge of Lease and ATM (Asset Transaction Management) processes
• Familiarity with integrations, batch processing, and ETL workflows
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
• Prior collaboration with business process optimization/transformation teams

Work Location / Travel

• Eligible for remote work in: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
• Some travel required for office meetings as needed to ONEOK’s corporate office in Tulsa, OK
