About the role

Join our team as a RevOps Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our revenue operations. You'll work at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy, maintaining and improving reporting, analytics, and operational processes that drive decision-making across our revenue teams. You bring a growth mindset to everything you do - Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing independently in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear takeaways for non-technical stakeholders - 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function at a tech or SaaS company - Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and process integrity - Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI/reporting tools - Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) - Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Hightouch, Fivetran) - Familiarity with commission/incentive calculation workflows - SQL proficiency - Experience at a high-growth startup (Series B–D stage)
