Revit Expert for Interior Design Documentation

Role Overview

Uptalent.io is seeking a Revit Expert to support a high-level interior design company in the US. In this role, you will create accurate, detailed interior design documentation using Revit, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality drawings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Revit models for interior design projects with detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Produce and revise technical drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Maintain an organized library of Revit families and templates.
• Stay current with Revit updates and apply best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Create photorealistic interior renderings and engaging client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong self-sufficiency: self-starter / fast learner with minimal repeat instruction.
• Proficient in Revit and related tools for documentation and production.
• Ability to produce 3D views from Revit and render interiors (e.g., Enscape / SketchUp).
• Vast experience using Revit for interior design documentation for large projects (e.g., hotels, towers).
• Experience with hospitality and/or multi-family projects.
• Ability to create Revit families.
• Proficient Photoshop usage to render/export views.
• Mandatory English proficiency and strong verbal/written communication.
