About the role

Join our high-impact Revenue Operations team as a Revenue Operations Manager. In this role, you will support the entire go-to-market organization, ensuring data integrity, optimizing processes, and providing leadership with key insights. You will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform, building and maintaining dashboards, contributing to sales pipeline and forecasting, enabling marketing and BDR efforts, supporting customer success operations, and serving as the primary Deal Desk resource. You should have a solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics, 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related role, and proficiency in Salesforce and other GTM tools. Key missions: Serve as a hands-on Salesforce administrator responsible for data integrity and workflow optimization, and maintain and improve the broader GTM tech stack.. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on key metrics including ARR, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, win/loss, and net revenue retention.. Identify friction points across the revenue funnel and work to eliminate them, leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to reduce manual work. Profile: - Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics: ARR, NRR, pipeline velocity, sales cycle length, and funnel conversion - 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related role in a B2B SaaS environment - Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, Planhat, Gong, Nooks, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and LeanData - Familiarity with deal desk workflows including pricing, quoting, and contract review - Clear, concise communicator comfortable presenting to executives and non-technical audiences alike - If you're excited to help shape how a market-leading cybersecurity company scales its revenue engine, we'd love to hear from you - Curiosity, initiative, and a bias toward building systems that outlast any single request - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and a track record of applying them practically to help go-to-market teams work more efficiently - Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive process change across multiple stakeholder groups - Salesforce proficiency at an admin level; certification is a plus - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly; proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
