About the role
Role Overview
You will join Fabulous’ Growth team as a Retool and NoCode/Low-Code Engineer & Junior Product Manager. Working closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will help execute the product roadmap and drive growth engineering initiatives using data-driven experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Support the product roadmap by coordinating across departments to deliver milestones on time.
- Cross-functional collaboration as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Market and user research to gather insights on trends, competitors, and user feedback, and use them to identify growth/product opportunities.
- Feature development & optimization: define product requirements, oversee feature development, and ensure quality with engineering/design.
- Performance analysis: monitor product metrics, report findings to the CPO/stakeholders, and use insights to guide future strategy.
- Experimentation support for Growth and Core Product, including:
- End-to-end ownership of translating winning experiments across languages/platforms
- Supporting experiment launches on Google Firebase
- Debugging and QAing new features prior to release
- Peer-reviewing growth code and reviewing experiment analysis
- Assisting with experiment launches and the experimentation process
- Act as a bridge between product management and the rest of the company to maintain alignment on objectives.
Requirements
- Background in software engineering.
- Comfortable with JSON and Java or JavaScript (SQL is a bonus).
- Comfortable with statistical significance and common types of statistical bias.
- Understand the basics of good experimental design.
- Strong passion for growth, metrics, and user experience.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach.
- Interested in behavioral science (bonus).
- Comfortable coding/working across Growth workstreams.
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and RCT trials.
- Data science background.
- Interest/background in Machine Learning (ML).
