Renewals Advocacy Manager

Role overview

Join Veeam as a Renewals Advocacy Manager, leading customer advocacy, executive engagement, and voice-of-the-customer initiatives across the Global Renewals organization. You will partner cross-functionally to ensure customer feedback becomes actionable business strategy and measurable initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for customer engagement, coordinate executive priorities, and deliver on commitments.
• Coordinate executive engagement plans for strategic enterprise accounts and track progress against agreed objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate customer insights, feedback, and executive contributions to influence business priorities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment (Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance) around shared definitions of customer health, success criteria, and accountability.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS/software.
• Experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Customer Advocacy, with direct exposure to renewal-cycle dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of enterprise software business models and retention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead initiatives, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience partnering with executive leadership (VP+).
• Highly analytical and data-driven; leverage NPS and business metrics to influence decisions.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and enterprise relationship management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience leading strategic renewals initiatives across multiple organizations.
• Comfort facilitating Executive Business Reviews with large enterprise/Fortune 500 customers.
