About the role
Role Overview
RoShay Services is seeking a motivated Software Engineer / Remote Web Developer with a Sitecore Developer Certification to build and deliver enterprise-scale Content Management Systems (CMS) using modern stacks and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deliver high-quality enterprise CMS solutions.
- Collaborate with UX designers, project managers, strategists, and analysts to create consumer-grade experiences.
- Build and maintain CMS platforms, including Sitecore.
- Develop frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
- Use source control tools such as GitHub and GitLab.
- Follow software engineering best practices and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience.
- Sitecore Developer Certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Curious, problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude.
Nice to Haves
- Client-facing experience (preferred).
Work Setup
- Flexible remote / hybrid / office-based options, with work locations in Virginia, Tennessee, or North Carolina (tools provided for remote work).
