Remote: Senior UX/Visual Designer

Role overview

IntePros is seeking a Senior UX/Visual Designer to create intuitive, visually engaging, and development-ready digital product experiences. You’ll work within a cross-functional team to take concepts from discovery through implementation, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, product briefs, user stories, and specifications into clear user experiences.
• Analyze requirements, ask thoughtful questions, and identify UX opportunities, dependencies, and risks.
• Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for complex workflows.
• Rapidly develop early-stage concepts and wireframes using AI-assisted design tools (where appropriate).
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Work within brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and existing design systems; contribute improvements and reusable components.
• Define component behaviors, variants, interaction states, and responsive rules to support front-end development.
• Create development-ready specifications (annotations, layouts, edge cases, and interaction documentation).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate execution and resolve design questions.
• Participate in QA reviews of implemented functionality and provide UX/UI feedback.
• Join sprint ceremonies, design reviews, stakeholder workshops, and collaborative planning.
• Create presentation-quality concepts, clickable prototypes, and visual assets for demos and pre-sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, B2B, or other complex digital applications
• Strong portfolio covering both UX thinking and visual/UI design
• Advanced Figma skills, including:
  • Components, Variants, Auto Layout
  • Interactive prototyping
  • Developer handoff
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries
• Strong responsive web/application design fundamentals
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG)
• Ability to partner with software engineers during implementation
• Experience reviewing completed functionality and providing UX/UI QA feedback
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using AI-assisted design tools for wireframing and design iteration
• Experience supporting product demonstrations, sales presentations, or concept development
