About the role
Role Overview
Remote Senior Project/Program Manager leading enterprise-wide, cross–business-unit initiatives. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead programs and complex projects; turn around challenging initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to deployment.
- Create detailed project plans and estimates for all phases.
- Build, motivate, and coordinate project teams to achieve goals.
- Manage communication and operational reviews across the portfolio/program/project activities.
- Collaborate with resource managers to secure adequate project resources.
- Gather requirements and define success criteria to ensure scope accuracy.
- Monitor and track outcomes, including risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide regular status updates on milestones and critical path items.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering product/services from concept to launch.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC).
- Strong leadership and the ability to motivate stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written/verbal/presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using project management tools and software.
