Remote: Senior Product Owner

Role Overview

IntePros is seeking a Senior Product Owner for a global client. This is an execution-focused Product Owner role responsible for defining user stories, managing the product backlog, supporting delivery, and ensuring solutions meet user needs and quality standards within a SAFe agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and user stories that enable efficient, accurate delivery by engineering teams.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery aligned with sprint and quarterly objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate assessment concepts into actionable product specifications.
• Manage end-to-end product development with cross-functional alignment across delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting product success (technical, operational, delivery).
• Support discovery activities to validate user needs and refine solution designs.
• Partner with design and engineering to ensure solutions are usable, reliable, and fit for purpose.
• Define acceptance criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for quality outcomes.
• Coordinate release readiness to support smooth production deployments.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Track feature-level performance metrics and iterate using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–8 years experience in product management or as a Product Owner.
• Strong grounding in agile product delivery and the product development lifecycle; SAFe preferred.
• Technical acumen with hands-on exposure to software development.
• Experience building B2B digital products; assessment/analytics experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer/user needs into clear product requirements.
• Market research and competitive analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and execution-focused.

• SAFe experience.
• Assessment or analytics experience.
• Familiarity with relevant industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
