Role Overview

Design, develop, implement, and maintain healthcare software solutions with a focus on high-quality integration across healthcare data platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Develop new software modules and enhance existing applications using Caché ObjectScript and MUMPS, applying OOP practices.
Build and maintain healthcare interoperability workflows, including:
- HL7 and IHE profiles
- CCD/CDA/CCDA document processing
- API-based data exchange
Architect, implement, and support solutions on Intersystems HealthShare, Ensemble, and Caché.
Manage API integrations, interface engines, and data transformation pipelines.
Support full-stack development using:
- LAMP (PHP), MySQL, MS SQL
- Google Cloud Platform services
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of clinical data flows.
