Role Overview

Remote Senior Flutter / Dart Mobile Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
Deliver intuitive, accessible, high-quality mobile user experiences
Integrate with backend services including APIs, authentication, push notifications, and real-time data synchronization
Manage the mobile release lifecycle: testing, deployment, app store submissions, and production monitoring
Implement secure local storage, offline capabilities, and reliable performance across varying network conditions
Monitor app health using analytics, crash reporting, and performance tracking tools
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering throughout the development lifecycle
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote mobile engineering best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
8+ years professional mobile development experience
3+ years hands-on Flutter and Dart experience delivering production apps
Experience publishing and maintaining apps in Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Experience with mobile CI/CD, automated testing, code signing, and deployment
Experience implementing push notifications, deep linking, monitoring, and crash reporting
Experience with mobile testing frameworks and automated test strategies
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and scalable design patterns
Familiarity with native concepts: iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
Familiarity with backend APIs, relational databases, and end-to-end troubleshooting (mobile + backend)
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and mentoring skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with conversational AI / LLM integrations or AI-powered mobile features
Experience in regulated or security-focused environments
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong focus on application security, data privacy, accessibility, and user experience
