Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications or data pipelines based on project requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and apply best coding practices
• For developers: write clean, efficient code in Java/Python, participate in code reviews, and deploy to production
• For data roles: collect, process, and analyze large datasets; build dashboards; derive actionable insights
• Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to project success

Qualifications

• Recent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Strong foundational understanding of Python (and/or Java)
• Passion for technology and problem-solving; willingness to learn
• Prior industry experience not mandatory
• Encouraged: candidates with layoffs, career gaps, or those transitioning into tech

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications, project work, or internships in the desired stack
• Support for F1/OPT STEM extensions or H-1B filing (via program services)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary range: $95,000–$154,000
