Role Overview

Senior Project/Program Manager (Remote) leading enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple business units. You will convert strategic goals into actionable execution plans within a centralized delivery engine.

Responsibilities

Lead programs and complex projects end-to-end (initiation through deployment)
Turn strategic goals into actionable plans, project schedules, and estimates for all phases
Prepare and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Build, motivate, and coordinate project teams to achieve goals
Interface with stakeholders and manage the full project lifecycle
Drive communication and operational reviews across portfolio/program/project activities
Collaborate with resource managers to secure appropriate project resources
Gather detailed requirements and define success criteria to ensure scope accuracy
Monitor and track outcomes, including risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Provide regular status updates on milestones and critical path deliverables
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
Proven experience leading product/service delivery from concept through launch
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SDLC)
Strong leadership and motivational skills across organizational levels
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Experience using project management tools and software
