Role Overview

Senior Project/Program Manager (Remote)

You will lead enterprise-wide, cross–business unit initiatives by translating strategic goals into actionable plans. The role requires managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and complex projects, especially turnaround/challenging initiatives
• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment
• Build, motivate, and manage project team members to achieve project goals
• Create detailed project plans and estimates across all phases
• Manage communication and operational reviews for portfolio/program/project activities
• Collaborate with resource managers to secure appropriate project resources
• Gather and document requirements plus success criteria to ensure accurate scope
• Monitor and track outcomes, including risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Provide regular status updates on milestones and critical path deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Proven experience delivering products/services from concept through launch
• Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC, etc.)
• Strong leadership and motivation skills across multiple organizational levels
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience using project management tools and software
