Role Overview
Senior Project/Program Manager (Remote)
You will lead enterprise-wide, cross–business unit initiatives by translating strategic goals into actionable plans. The role requires managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead programs and complex projects, especially turnaround/challenging initiatives
- Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment
- Build, motivate, and manage project team members to achieve project goals
- Create detailed project plans and estimates across all phases
- Manage communication and operational reviews for portfolio/program/project activities
- Collaborate with resource managers to secure appropriate project resources
- Gather and document requirements plus success criteria to ensure accurate scope
- Monitor and track outcomes, including risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Provide regular status updates on milestones and critical path deliverables
Requirements
- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
- Proven experience delivering products/services from concept through launch
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC, etc.)
- Strong leadership and motivation skills across multiple organizational levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience using project management tools and software
