Role Overview
Staff Product Designer (Remote) Play a key role in elevating design standards and shaping user experiences for a service that makes car ownership simpler and more integrated into everyday life.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for core products, including insurance, safety, and repairs.
- Ship 0→1 features that modernize car care for everyday drivers.
- Collaborate with research, product, and data to find opportunities and turn insights into impactful designs.
- Create seamless user experiences that improve engagement and retention.
- Build and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system in partnership with engineering.
- Integrate AI capabilities to streamline and personalize the user experience.
- Establish UX and visual design benchmarks focused on clarity and craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, UX principles, and consumer-oriented products.
- 12+ years of product design experience across mobile and web.
- Proven ability to manage projects from research → launch → iteration.
- Experience building/refining design systems with engineering collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to align teams.
