Role Overview

You will join a trading client modernising an execution and order management system across multiple teams. In a Principal/Architect capacity, you’ll act as an OpenFin expert, working across five teams to strengthen frontend capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide principal-level engineering guidance across five teams modernising trading systems
• Own/architect OpenFin-focused frontend expertise and practices
• Help build and evolve a front-office trading UI for an execution/order management platform
• Support ongoing client delivery (contract renewal expected)

Requirements (Must Have)

• Strong experience as a Lead/Principal React Developer / Software Engineer
• Advanced OpenFin expertise
• Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, and React experience
• Experience building front office trading systems
• Agile working experience

Nice to Have (Desirable)

• Ag-Grid
• Fixed income / credit rates / bonds domain knowledge
• Buy-side / asset management / investment management experience

Contract Details

• Remote (100% remote) with optional office attendance if local
• Duration: 6–12 months (with renewal in December for ~12 months)
• Rate: $125–200/hour
