Role Overview

Remote opportunity for a Scrum Master (Bentonville, Arkansas — remote until COVID restrictions are lifted). You will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to drive delivery by translating business requirements into executable work.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and communicate them to technical and testing teams.
• Prioritize the backlog and track progress through closure in collaboration with the client team.
• Transform requirements into specifications and produce supporting documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between the IT development team and the business team.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and the broader team.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Proficiency in Jira for project management.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall and SDLC.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional/multidimensional teams across all ERP implementation levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing solutions emphasizing reuse and industry standards at the program level.
• Familiarity with creating process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents.
