About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master role with remote work available until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. The position helps transform business requirements into actionable plans and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including in ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

Define business requirements and communicate them to technical and testing teams
Collaborate with client teams to clarify the backlog and prioritize tasks for closure
Develop solutions emphasizing reuse and industry standards at the program level
Create supporting artifacts such as process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents
Act as a liaison between IT development and business teams, providing regular status updates

Requirements

Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum in a software development environment
Familiarity with Waterfall and SDLC
Proficiency with JIRA for project management and tracking
Ability to translate requirements into detailed specifications
Experience working with cross-functional teams on ERP implementations

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Scrum Master (or similar)
Knowledge of Java application processes and improvement recommendations
Strong communication skills to liaise between technical and business teams
Familiarity with gap analysis and functional design documentation
