Role Overview

Remote Scrum Master opportunity connected through Pinnacle Method Consulting. You will work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to drive delivery and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate business requirements to technical and testing teams
• Prioritize backlog items and track their closure with client teams
• Transform requirements into detailed specifications and documentation
• Act as a liaison between IT development teams and business stakeholders
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and team members

Requirements

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Familiarity with Jira for project management and tracking
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Ability to create process diagrams, use cases, and functional design documents
• Experience implementing solutions at the program level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java application processes and recommending improvements
• Background collaborating across multidimensional teams, especially across ERP implementation levels
• Excellent communication skills across diverse teams
