About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master needed for a client in Bentonville, Arkansas (remote until COVID).

Responsibilities

Define business requirements and communicate them to technical and testing teams.
Work with the client team to clarify the backlog.
Prioritize and track backlog items to closure.
Transform requirements into clear stipulations.
Recommend process improvements for established Java application processes.
Create supporting artifacts such as process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams across ERP implementation levels (data, reporting, hosting, application development, change management, training).
Act as a liaison between IT development and business stakeholders.
Send daily or weekly status updates to leadership and the team based on business needs.

Requirements

Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
Working experience implementing solutions with reuse and industry standards at the program level.
Experience with Waterfall development and familiarity with SDLC.
Proficiency with Jira.

Nice to Have / Additional Signals

Experience working across ERP implementation domains (data, reporting, hosting, application development, change management, training).
