About the role

Role overview

Remote Scrum Master opportunity (remote until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted) supporting Agile projects in a technology consulting environment, including ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

Define and clearly communicate business requirements to technical and testing teams
Prioritize the backlog and track progress to closure in coordination with the client team
Transform requirements into stipulations and supporting documentation (e.g., use cases, functional design)
Act as a liaison between IT development and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity
Provide daily or weekly status updates to leadership and the broader team

Requirements

Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
Strong understanding of the waterfall model, development environments, and SDLC methodology
Proficiency with Jira for task tracking and project management
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams across ERP implementation levels

Preferred qualifications

Experience defining and communicating business requirements
Familiarity with process diagrams, gap analysis, and functional design documentation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend improvements to existing processes
