Role Overview

Remote High-Ticket Closer for consultative sales of a $6,400 business consulting offer.

Responsibilities

• Run consultative enrollment calls over Zoom to qualified prospects sourced primarily via Meta ads
• Diagnose prospects’ business challenges and identify fit
• Explain how the 90-Day Client Acquisition Consulting Sprint can help
• Build trust with skeptical prospects, handle objections, and guide them to make a clear decision
• Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients for the program

Requirements

• Proven high-ticket sales track record with real, documented performance metrics
• Ability to provide specific numbers from prior sales roles (e.g., calls taken, sales made, revenue personally closed, and calculated close rate)
• Willingness to walk through lead sources, offer cost, and how close rate was calculated during interviews

Compensation

• $100,000 guaranteed minimum per year
• Monthly structure: receive whichever is greater between $8,333.33 guaranteed compensation or commissions earned
• Uncapped commissions; no negative draw balance and you never owe the guarantee back

• Not a low-performance “close-and-hide” role; performance standards are expected to be high.
