Role Overview
Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer to build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications in a remote-first, early-stage environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own major UI components
- Optimize interactive experiences and performance
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration
- Contribute to frontend architecture and define frontend systems
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across the UI
- Strengthen product quality through attention to detail
- Work with a high-ownership style: deploy daily, iterate quickly, and make impactful decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years of frontend development
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with API integration
- Strong UI/UX principles
- Pragmatic, autonomous working style with a strong work ethic and curiosity
Nice-to-haves
- Experience contributing to architecture and cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
