About the role

Role overview

You will join the technology team as a Remote Flutter Developer, responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving iOS and Android mobile applications using Flutter. The role emphasizes clean architecture, reliable delivery practices, and owning work from feature implementation through testing, deployment, and support.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain mobile apps with Flutter and Dart with strong performance and responsiveness
Build reusable, scalable UI components using best practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features
Write clean, well-structured, testable code, including unit, widget, and integration tests
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
Debug and optimize app performance and reliability
Integrate with REST APIs / GraphQL and backend services
Implement and manage Firebase services (Authentication, Realtime Database, Crashlytics, Analytics)
Integrate SDKs for POS/payments, push notifications, and deep linking
Support adaptive layouts and Flutter Web features for cross-platform compatibility
Improve development workflows and CI/CD for iOS/Android releases
Maintain automated deployment pipelines, including app store/testing flows

Requirements

Proven experience building production-ready Flutter apps using Dart
Strong understanding of Flutter SDK and Dart, including null safety, custom widgets, animations, platform channels, and adaptive layouts (including Flutter Web)
Experience publishing and maintaining apps on iOS and Android
Familiarity with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
Knowledge of Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Crashlytics, Analytics)
Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and third-party SDK integrations (including payment/POS)
Ability to work within CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android releases, including TestFlight and Google Play internal testing
Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality
Excellent English communication (Spanish is a plus)

Nice to have

Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Strapi
Spanish proficiency
