Role Overview

Remote Developer Relations (DevRel) Engineer for a computer vision platform used by 1M+ developers. You’ll own the DevRel strategy and help scale community awareness, adoption, and education around the product.

Responsibilities

Own DevRel strategy and execution
Drive awareness and adoption within the developer community
Build developer tools and integrations to improve developer experience
Create demos and technical projects that advance the core product
Produce educational content across written, video, and social formats (e.g., X, LinkedIn)
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to support feature launches
Write guides, examples, and documentation to improve accessibility
Build and nurture community both online and in person
Speak at conferences, participate in hackathons, and host events
Engage with developer communities (e.g., Hacker News, Reddit, Discord, GitHub)
Contribute ideas to grow and expand the developer community

Requirements

6+ years of engineering experience
3+ years DevRel experience (ideally in B2B, AI, cloud, or developer tools)
Proven track record shipping projects with strong adoption or viral growth
Strong technical foundation with ability to build quickly and learn rapidly
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content
Experience creating content across written, video, and social formats
Self-starter who iterates quickly in ambiguity
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Customer-focused mindset and active participation in technical communities

Distributed team across US and Europe; hubs in major cities

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 – $195,000
Review of compensation every 6 months
Competitive compensation + equity
Travel stipend: $4,000/year
Productivity stipend: $350/month
AI tools stipend: $350/month
Team meals: $150/month
Home office stipend: $500
Up to 100% health insurance covered
