Remote Archicad expert for Interior Design & Documentation

Role overview

Uptalent.io is seeking an Archicad Expert for Interior Documentation to produce detailed interior documentation for Residential and Commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Create interior documentation in Archicad, including:
  • 3D models
  • Constructive drawings
  • Demolition plans
• Produce photorealistic interior renderings.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications.
• Review and revise documentation based on feedback and requirements.
• Maintain understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards.
• Help improve interior documentation processes and procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project-related questions and challenges.
• Stay updated on latest Archicad advancements and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience as an Archicad Expert focused on interior documentation.
• Proficiency in Archicad, including:
  • creating 3D models
  • generating construction documentation
  • managing project data
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentation.
• Fluent English and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with interior design codes/regulations/standards in the US; prior US experience is valued.
• Strong portfolio of relevant interior design documentation and projects.
