Role Overview

Build and deploy native Android features for an AI Neobank mobile app, helping transform complex financial workflows (onboarding, accounts, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-driven user journeys) into fast, simple experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams to take features from concept to launch
• Implement and integrate app functionality across onboarding, accounts, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-driven journeys
• Ensure app quality by managing performance, stability, crash rates, and edge cases
• Use analytics and user feedback to iterate post-launch
• Integrate APIs, authentication, and secure data handling with high reliability

Requirements

• Proficiency in Kotlin and native Android development experience shipping apps used by real users
• Strong understanding of Android architecture
• Experience with Jetpack and Coroutines
• Strong UX sensibility and debugging skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Must be remote within the US
