About the role
Role Overview
Mercor is hiring a Privacy / Regulatory Compliance Evaluator on a remote contract basis. You will review AI-generated artifacts to ensure they meet domain-specific privacy and regulatory quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs against domain-specific quality rubrics
- Identify issues such as factual errors, aesthetic/presentation errors, and other quality gaps in:
- documents
- spreadsheets
- slide decks
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve accuracy and rigor of AI outputs
- Apply subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for domain quality
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and support improvements to model performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Privacy / regulatory compliance
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides
Nice to Have
- Master’s or higher in a relevant field
