Regulatory Analyst - U.S.

Role overview

Join CloudWalk’s Regulatory team as a Regulatory Analyst (U.S.). You’ll work day-to-day with development and cross-functional teams to ensure U.S. payments products meet regulatory and sponsor bank/card network requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of the U.S. payments compliance governance framework
• Draft and maintain compliance policies, procedures, standards, and internal documentation
• Prepare governance reports for senior management, the Board of Directors, and sponsor banks
• Interpret and implement sponsor bank, card network, and regulatory requirements across the organization
• Support regulatory examinations, independent audits, sponsor bank reviews, and remediation efforts
• Coordinate governance activities such as policy reviews, action tracking, and compliance reporting
• Help execute regulatory initiatives and action plans
• Evaluate new regulations and compliance obligations, assessing business impact
• Research regulatory, sponsor bank, and card network requirements and translate them into practical internal processes
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation, governance routines, and compliance processes as the company grows
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Project teams

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed higher education
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience in payment institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or fintechs
• Strong knowledge of technology and Artificial Intelligence
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
