Role overview

Shock IT is hiring a Regular React Front-end Developer to join its growing development team. With a minimal hierarchy, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership from the start and help shape the development approach.

Responsibilities

  • Build front-end applications using React and modern web development practices
  • Develop responsive user interfaces
  • Implement features that consume REST APIs
  • Write clean, high-quality code and contribute to overall solution quality
  • Participate in automatic testing practices and continuous improvement
  • Help choose and work with modern architecture and tooling

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ReactJS
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6)
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript
  • Proficiency with Git
  • Experience with Next.js
  • Experience with Responsive Web Design
  • Experience building applications based on REST API
  • Knowledge/experience with automatic testing
  • Commitment to clean code
  • Creativity and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness for continuous personal development and learning

Nice to have

  • Docker
  • GitHub Actions / CI/CD configuration
  • GatsbyJS
  • Material UI (MUI)
