About the role

Role Overview

Regional Operations Manager (United States) responsible for leading multi-site manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, growing industrial environment. You will oversee plant performance and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, productivity, and financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple manufacturing sites and ensure alignment on:
    • Safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives to:
    • Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize plant capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory standards across locations
  • Develop and support leadership teams through coaching, mentoring, and talent development
  • Translate annual/monthly business objectives into measurable operational targets and hold teams accountable
  • Oversee production planning to balance demand, service levels, and cost optimization
  • Lead cross-functional projects (customer solutions, capital investments, operational improvements)
  • Identify and implement manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Monitor and improve financial performance (productivity metrics, cost controls, profitability)
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to align operational priorities
  • Ensure accurate reporting of production, inventory, and operational performance metrics
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous learning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in operations/manufacturing leadership
  • Proven experience managing multiple manufacturing sites or large-scale operational environments
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L responsibility
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in manufacturing settings
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence across organizational levels
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Collaborative mindset with success working across cross-functional teams
