About the role

Role Overview

Regional Operations Manager (United States) responsible for leading multi-site manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, growing industrial environment. You will oversee plant performance and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, productivity, and financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple manufacturing sites and ensure alignment on:
- Safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance
Lead operational excellence initiatives to:
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize plant capabilities
Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory standards across locations
Develop and support leadership teams through coaching, mentoring, and talent development
Translate annual/monthly business objectives into measurable operational targets and hold teams accountable
Oversee production planning to balance demand, service levels, and cost optimization
Lead cross-functional projects (customer solutions, capital investments, operational improvements)
Identify and implement manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
Monitor and improve financial performance (productivity metrics, cost controls, profitability)
Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to align operational priorities
Ensure accurate reporting of production, inventory, and operational performance metrics
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous learning

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in operations/manufacturing leadership
Proven experience managing multiple manufacturing sites or large-scale operational environments
Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L responsibility
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in manufacturing settings
Excellent leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
Strong communication and stakeholder influence across organizational levels
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Collaborative mindset with success working across cross-functional teams
