Role overview

The Regional Business Development Manager will help grow a new division focused on robotics and consumer electronics. This is a greenfield opportunity centered on hunting and opportunity creation—identifying new accounts, opening strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the robotics and consumer electronics markets
Prospect independently to open new accounts and generate new projects
Build long-term relationships with prospective customers and expand market presence
Operate in a remote, evolving environment with high independence and strategic influence
Manage customer engagement and maintain strong opportunity/pipeline discipline
Travel as needed within the region

Requirements

7+ years of business development, strategic sales, or account growth experience
Proven ability to prospect, develop, and open new business opportunities
Strong communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
Ability to operate independently in a remote environment with minimal structure
Comfort in fast-paced, changing business environments
Strong organizational and pipeline management capabilities

Preferred qualifications

Experience in technical/engineering or robotics/electronics/consumer technology industries
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
