Regional Account Manager (Remote)

Role Overview

Regional Account Manager (Remote) responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients in the Amex GBT Egencia Enterprise segment. The role focuses on growing client travel spend, ensuring retention, and driving revenue growth and long-term profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and develop strategic relationships to grow share of travel spend with Amex GBT Egencia.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders (including global account managers) to create and coordinate short- and long-term business plans.
• Aggregate, analyze, and communicate client feedback to support future product development.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial customer relationships by offering products/services that deliver savings, improvements, and incremental revenue.
• Run regular business reviews to measure progress against travel program goals and propose improvements via a formal action plan.
• Support sales and implementations to ensure successful program launches.
• Work in a team environment and contribute to shared projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in account management and with online booking tools; Corporate Travel industry experience is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to make strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to understand, market, and support online products.
• Ability to create, manage, and deliver high-quality action plans.
• Exceptional AI literacy and ability to articulate benefits/impact to business travel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present key issues/results to the right audience.
• Ability to recognize customer behavior changes and take appropriate action.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to travel 25–30%.

Location / Timezone

• Based in Ohio, United States.
• Eastern timezone preferred due to business needs.

Compensation

• US base salary range: $84,700 – $157,300 (annual).
• Eligible for a sales incentive plan in addition to base salary.
