About the role
Role Overview
Regional Account Executive responsible for driving sales growth across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions for Tablet Command’s incident management SaaS platform.
Territory
- Northeast: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey
- Mid-Atlantic: Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with fire departments and public safety agencies
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and signed contracts
- Build relationships with senior fire service and public safety leaders (e.g., Fire Chiefs, Incident Commanders, City IT/Procurement)
- Deliver product demos and presentations that communicate ROI and mission impact
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, forecasting, and territory activity using CRM and sales tools
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise SaaS/technology sales into the fire service, public sector, or emergency management, or senior-level fire service experience (e.g., Battalion Chief, Deputy Chief, Chief Officer) with aptitude for sales/technology adoption/business development
- Hunter mindset with a record of exceeding quotas
- Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
- High professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Technical curiosity and ability to articulate product value quickly
- Willingness to travel within the region (~20–30%) as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

- OTE: $200,000–$235,000 (50/50 base-to-variable, uncapped)
