About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on hiring high-performing talent across Sales , Revenue , Customer Success , Partnerships , and other Go-to-Market teams. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through to offer acceptance. As the primary owner of recruitment, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent while continuously improving recruitment processes and ensuring an efficient hiring experience. While recruitment will be your primary responsibility, this position will also provide support with HR and administrative tasks as needed. This may include assisting with onboarding, maintaining recruitment and HR documentation, coordinating interviews, updating internal systems, supporting people operations initiatives, and contributing to various HR projects to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the People & Culture function. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings to offer acceptance. Lead hiring efforts for revenue-generating positions, including: 1-Account Executives 2-Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) 3-Business Development Representatives (BDRs) 4-Customer Success Managers 5-Partnerships and Channel Sales 6-Revenue Operations and Sales Operations 7-Marketing and other Go-to-Market positions Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create effective hiring strategies. Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple job boards and sourcing platforms. Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels. Screen resumes, conduct recruiter interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on technical qualifications, sales experience, and cultural alignment. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare offer packages and assist with offer negotiations. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes. Continuously improve recruitment processes and recommend best practices. Recruitment Operations Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring documentation are accurate and up to date. Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for leadership. Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing. Support onboarding coordination for new hires. Qualifications 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience recruiting sales, business development, customer success, or revenue-focused positions is highly preferred. Experience recruiting in SaaS , technology , or startup environments is considered an asset. Strong understanding of sales hiring profiles and recruitment best practices. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting across North America. Experience hiring remote employees. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting. Experience supporting HR administration or People Operations. Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
