Join Flock as a Recruiting Operations Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our recruiting function. You'll support strategic initiatives, assist in AI tool evaluation, maintain our recruiting tech stack, build data dashboards, ensure compliance, enhance candidate experience, and manage onboarding operations. Key missions: Support strategic recruiting initiatives by helping scope, execute, and track projects that improve team performance and scalability.. Assist in identifying and testing AI tools that improve sourcing, screening, and coordination workflows; help evaluate impact and drive adoption of effective solutions.. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into recruiting performance; help translate data into actionable insights. Profile: - This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and building more efficient systems. You’ll also play a key role in exploring how AI can enhance recruiting workflows in practical, meaningful ways - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously - 2–5 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, HR analytics, or a related field - Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders - Strong organizational and communication skills - Interest in AI tools and curiosity about their application in recruiting - Comfort working with data; experience building reports or dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, etc.) - Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby or similar preferred) - Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify and solve problems
