Join Hims & Hers, a fast-growing telehealth company, as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will support a candidate-obsessed recruiting team, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring experience. You will manage interview scheduling, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Key missions: Own interview scheduling from end-to-end, across multiple time zones and roles, delivering seamless, white-glove experiences for candidates and internal teams.. Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and move candidates through the funnel with precision and urgency.. Identify opportunities to improve coordination workflows, candidate experience, and hiring team communication, then take the lead in making it better. Profile: - A mindset rooted in ownership, urgency, and pride in delivering high-quality work - Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal, able to build trust with stakeholders from the coordinator level to the C-suite - Comfort managing shifting priorities without dropping the ball - Experience scheduling across time zones (both within the U.S. and Internationally) - 2+ years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment - Proficiency in GSuite and Ashby (or similar ATS) - A desire to make things better.
