Role: Recruiting Coordinator, Europe

Sierra is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring across phone, onsite, and video interview processes in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling (phone, onsite, and video) with speed and efficiency.
  • Use the applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and improve the candidate experience.
  • Improve recruiting operations by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to produce reporting.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims.
  • Meet and greet candidates during onsite interview days.
  • Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience.
  • Take on workflow and office-experience improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company.
  • Operational excellence and a data-driven mindset; strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain candidate confidentiality and privacy.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating schedules and communicating effectively with C-suite leadership.
  • Ability to be in person in the London office, Monday–Thursday.

  • Experience working in an in-office culture.
  • Ashby ATS experience.
