Role Overview

Join Vetcove as a Recruiter to attract and hire exceptional talent. You will partner with leadership and hiring managers to build hiring pipelines, run sourcing initiatives, and improve recruiting processes, while supporting employer branding and a strong candidate experience.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the recruiting strategy across all teams by partnering with leadership and hiring managers to design targeted hiring plans.
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Use creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to address hard-to-fill roles.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure visibility into pipeline health and performance.
• Optimize recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS and related tooling) to improve efficiency.
• Champion candidate experience and contribute to employer branding efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools.
• Comfortable working with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with bias toward action, iteration, and continuous improvement.
