About the role

Role Overview

Nordic Global is hiring a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will source candidates, manage full-cycle recruitment, and build strong relationships with applicants and internal stakeholders across Nordic.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Build and improve recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates and grow talent pipelines.
  • Candidate Relationships: Design and implement tools/approaches to maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers, HR, and sales teams to understand business needs and align recruiting strategy.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the employer brand and improve the candidate experience; collaborate with Marketing on recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM, using analytics and recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives to support a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarking to inform hiring strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Refine recruitment workflows to increase efficiency and improve candidate experience.
  • Ad hoc initiatives: Support additional corporate initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong understanding of talent market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency using ATS, sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and other recruiting tools.
  • Experience managing candidate recruitment tasks across all stages with strong attention to detail.
  • Employer branding and candidate experience enhancement experience.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition.
  • Healthcare IT / healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Post-secondary education preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Other Details

  • Occasional travel up to 10%.
