In this role, you will support full-cycle recruiting across various teams and roles, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and create a positive candidate experience. You will also track recruiting metrics, stay current on AI recruiting tools, and contribute to core HR programs. Key missions: Support full-cycle recruiting across various teams and roles, from job posting through offer.. Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.. Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process. Profile: - Comfortable managing multiple priorities and calendars in a fast-paced environment - Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI sourcing platforms) to work smarter and more efficiently - A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work - Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail -- you take pride in keeping records accurate and up-to-date - Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow your career over time - 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Effective communication with hiring teams - Experience with HR (Generalist, Employer Relations)
