Role Overview

Chartis is seeking a Recruiter (Early Career Hiring) to attract top talent and deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience. You will join the Talent Acquisition team and help lead growing early-career hiring efforts across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle early-career recruiting from initial outreach through offer
• Source candidates using strategies such as cold outreach, online databases, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry events
• Facilitate offer decision processes by balancing stakeholder input and building alignment
• Serve as a subject matter expert across recruiting areas including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compensation negotiation, and closing offers
• Partner with colleagues to improve talent acquisition initiatives and the overall candidate/talent experience
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the firm to support organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate the company value proposition
• Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple processes independently
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems
• Remote work with occasional travel to firm events and meetings

Compensation

• $70,000–$95,000 base salary, plus potential annual discretionary bonus and benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness, etc.)
