Role Overview

Charlie Health is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition and build candidate pipelines across the organization. This role includes sourcing candidates nationwide and promoting Charlie Health through job sites, professional organizations, and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a talent acquisition strategy for respective hiring managers (including needs analysis) and guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition process
• Source qualified candidates across a variety of channels and manage the end-to-end recruiting process
• Evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers; use feedback to refine strategy
• Run and organize marketing campaigns on job boards and applicant-facing channels
• Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage candidate pipelines
• Develop relationships with key networks to broaden the applicant pool
• Meet with interested candidates to introduce the Charlie Health model and mission
• Stay creative by identifying new ways to attract and move candidates through hiring

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-growth startup or large organization preferred)
• Must have end-to-end recruiting capability: sourcing, managing the interview process, and supporting offer negotiations through close
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills; consultative approach
• Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport internally and externally
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced, fluid environment
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
